If you are rebuilding the Mandrake RPMs, put MANDRAKE.rpmrc in /root/.rpmrc

This fixes a problem arising from Mandrake's use of -O optimization in conjunction
 with -ffast-math, which is explicitly discouraged by the gcc developers.
